Each month we will recommend books, articles, vid or podcasts that we have personally found illuminating, thought-provoking or just plain interesting.

Book of the Month

As this is our first foray into the 'wild' world of the web we thought we'd take you to one of the first books recommended to us when we started our coaching journey. That was the compact, readable and fun book The Tao of Coaching by Max Landsberg

Simple is a description that can be construed in a negative way but Max Landsberg has created a book that creates a simple narrative explaining the journey of Alex on his journey from manager to CEO. Each episode is designed to illustrate some aspect of the coaching / motivation / leadership challenge.and is followed by a two page summary of the particular skill needed to meet the challenge. Read to learn how to Boost Your Effectiveness at Work by Inspiring and Developing Those Around You.
