Coaching is a partnership between you and your coach facilitated through dialogue, reflection, focus, goal setting and actions designed to help you release potential, increase performance and achieve success in your life, business or profession.

Anyone who wants to achieve and sustain improved performance and results in his or her profession, business or life can benefit from coaching. It is suited for individuals or teams and works equally well in groups where shared knowledge, experience and wisdom can be transferred amongst members.

How much time and work is involved?

Programs vary for each individual or situation. Generally between 3 – 18 months proves most beneficial allowing you time to embed and sustain the changes that bring you success.

What does it cost?

Your cost is an initial call or conversation with us to find out how an investment in yourself can realise the results you are seeking. An investment in coaching varies based on the type of coaching. Typically an individual undertaking one on one coaching fortnightly over a six month program can expect to pay $700 per month.

What return can I expect on my investment?

Coaching is an investment in your goals. The payback can be difficult to quantify – how do you place a price on your wellbeing or success in life and work? Many clients discover that the coaching they receive pays for itself through and beyond the course of the program. The coaching process itself is something clients constantly use in their life following the completion of their program. Research indicates that a conservative return of 3 to 7 times your investment for individuals and organisations respectively, can be expected.
